New avatar up. The photo is from about eight years ago on the first day we got our cat Koko. Our other cat Lilly hissed at him for hours. He finally found a warm safe place to go to sleep during a soccer game.

It helped me to know that nicotine had rewired my brain to keep me addicted and that my body would fix this problem for me if I gave it some time. -
