  21. Good job Up in smoke, Now the real work begins. The cravings are just the by product of your inner junkie looking for the nicotine it needs. The brain needs to constantly send mental memos to the body telling it that you're no longer going intake nicotine. This will be a struggle for a little while but it will get easier with time. Stick by the boards and educate yourself as much as you can. This will help you in your fight for freedom from the nicotine monster.
