  7. Hey Kdad, I'm sorry to hear that you are still smoking . Unfortunately there is not a lot we can do for you until you commit to not smoking ever again. This whole process must begin with you. I'm sorry to say but you will never quit for good until you're 100% ready too. It's absolutely doable but you have to be ready, willing and able to give it a chance. I wish you good luck. When you're ready just grab a seat and we will support you all the way.

  10. It is but isn't there some kind of storage limit?
  11. Yes, do the threads keep accumulating indefinitely or do they get deleted over time?
  12. There must be a ton of old threads out there right?

  16. Circle the Wagons Look for protection, get defensive, get ready for an attack; from the old west where the pioneers would circle their wagons for protection from the Indians. Week 4 of the 08 season the Buffalo Bills came back from a losing first half, rallied their defense, and kicked the St. Louis Rams butts. They had to circle the wagons in the second half to come back and win. Does this help?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
