  24. 20 year smoker with almost 2 years quit under my belt. Ran my first 8K and placed for my age group with an 8.5 mph pace. Felt great passing all those Never Smokers on the course. Boo-Yah It can be done folks...once the fog lifts the truth is exposed...smoking sucks!
