A big ol' NOPE from me! NOPE!!

As of 4:00 p.m., I am smoke free for one month. It hasn't been easy peasy (borrowed from someone else...ha ha) but I am feeling pretty good overall. I am using the patch to help me quit and I have to say that it has made a huge difference for me. I am a little past the halfway mark in the 8-week program. I began Step 2 yesterday and so far so good. With less nicotine now, I may start feeling more withdrawal...we'll see. I'm looking forward to finishing the program and being done with nicotine for good! I appreciate the support I have received here. Thank you to all and my best to everyone in their quit efforts!
