  19. Congratulations dullyboi on your first full month smoke free. Insomnia was one of the worst recovery symptoms there was for me but then one day I woke up after a full nights sleep and was in the best mood I had been in in a very long time. I even sang in the shower lol. I want that day for you too. It isn't far away now so hang in there, you're doing great
