  8. Christine, you obviously have the desire to quit, now it's about the determination. It can, although not necessarily, be a tough road. Muster all your determination, take smoking off the table, and resolve each day in Nope. Then just hold on to that tenaciously until you do the same again the following day. Stay close to the board, read and post often and remember to shout and scream when you need. We're here to help.
