My basement reno has been completed (well, 99% of it - just need to carpet the steps)!!!! This will be the reason this house sells quickly....could be a home office, a playroom, a workshop, a craft room....all thanks to the help and expertise of my boyfriend! He is an awesome guy! 😷😊

I found the best way for me to get past the morning craving was to change up my routine. I forced myself to hop in the shower first thing and get moving! If weather was nice, I would take a walk around the neighborhood or walk the dog. I have progressed over the past 3 years to where I am now doing hiking!!!

Yes, Saz!!! My hydrangeas are busy, busy with all the bumblebees and honey bees...I stop and watch them quite a bit.....last night I sat out by my pool watching the bats circling around! 😉🦇

So right, @Doreensfree! Back in beginning of June, I drove from NY to NC (North Carolina) to visit my boyfriend. At that time, we here in NY were the epicenter of the virus and things were still bad. He kept telling me that I should stay down there with him..."it's safer here". Now here we are in early July, and my boyfriend is coming from NC to NY to visit me....and NY has just declared that anyone coming in from one of 14 states that are seeing large amounts of positive virus cases will require a mandatory 14 day quarantine....with his state now in that list!!!
