Congratulations on protecting your quit. Whenever I am around another person who is still smoking, it helps to remember that I am CHOOSING to not smoke. Don’t let anyone or anything become more important than the decision right now to choose to not smoke. The moment will pass & you will feel (as you already do) so proud of yourself for making the right choice.

Oh Lin - my heartfelt congratulations to a wonderful person. You have been a most inspiring “leader” of our 2017 Smokebusters & I have read nearly every one of your posts in anticipation of where I might be just following you by a month. Please enjoy a well-deserved rest & save some chairs for the rest of our 2017 group. Thanks for all that you do.

After many days trying to access the QSMB site, I am so very grateful to find many of my quit buddies here at this site. These are the folks who saved my quit so many times, the thought of continuing without their support (even after 11 months quit) was unthinkable. Looking forward to catching up & also meeting new quit buddies. Hopefully, some of the historical “classic” posts from QSMB can be saved? Wish I had printed some. Hugs to each of you!
