I have been smoking 42 years and I'm fed up with smoking and the costs associated.  I did quit for 3 months in my early 30's (I was a member of the Q back then) and have had a few other attempts since. I am now working on improving my life and setting goals for improving my finances, health and education. I actually returned to school last year and am working on my AA in psychology. I love helping people and I got tired of being referred to wellness coaches who were fresh out of college, had no lived experience or understanding of what I was going through. More to come...
