  15. Pretty slim pickings but, I looked for a decent amount of time today and found this excerpt in another article The eight-day residential treatment program at the Mayo Clinic Nicotine Dependence Center in Minnesota “provides the most intensive treatment option available for stopping smoking,” according to its web site. Two other inpatient programs are at St. Helena’s Center for Health in Deer Park, California and Hazelden’s Next Step program.

  18. I wrote Nay Nay a while ago and got her permission to use her information, in case she wasn't around. She is a real success story and very kind to let us use her experience. Thank you Nay Nay. NayNay I began the e-cig using I think 18mg of nicotine. I was at that level for probably 1-1/2 months. Then I dropped to 12 mg for another 1-1/2 months. Then I went to 6 mg where I stayed for a few months. When I stepped down to no nicotine from 6 mg, I did not go through any withdrawal at all. As a matter of fact, I did not notice the change between 6 mg and none. The only difference I did notice was that the e-juice did not have that "peppery" throat hit with no nicotine. Also, some of the flavors did not taste the same and I know longer liked them without the nicotine. Also, I do still get craves here and there, but never felt like I was "just going to die without one cigarette" while using an e-cig. I think it was a much gentler approach for me.
