Bassman Stage Left Exit
Bassman! I don't usually respond to posts about leaving, but you are different. The toothbrush reference was a joke when Julie was in the the first couple days of her quit. I highly doubt anyone would really do that or encourage any one to put a toothbrush in a toilet. Yes, the board is about quitting but we are not just former smokers, we are social beings and a lot of us are just getting to know one another for the first time. Hanging out in social is a source of distraction for a lot of people too. I for one, love your music. I hope you will reconsider.

I find it amusing...
Not exactly the same, but similar. Nobody likes to throw away empty boxes of food in the cabinets around here. Always think there is more food in the house, than there actually is. Nothing like going to get some crackers and finding an empty box. Like seriously, you have to walk past the trash so why not throw it away? And don't get me started on the clothes sitting on the floor one inch, one inch! from the laundry basket. That is OK your live in maid will take care of it

It took me a minute, but I got it. It's frustrated, fast woman speak, you wouldn't understand, lol. Trish's fiance has an ex and that ex's fiance is calling Trish's fiance for advice on said ex fiance.

My quit date is 04/09/2014
Welcome Amy :) Have a look around the forum, you will find a lot of help here. In my experience, once you let go of the fear of quitting and commit to N.O.P.E. it becomes much easier.

Evelyn, I am sorry things stink right now. Remember, it is only temporary. Each time you pull through a difficult situation without smoking, you become stronger. In time you will notice your anxiety levels drop and your coping skills increase.- game: **The Coke Machine**
