  3. NOPE - Not One Puff Ever Smoking sucks!
  4. You are right, smoking is not the answer.....you are also right, this ******* sucks..... Nicotine addiction is horrible and is can be really difficult to overcome but it can be defeated. This may sound like a broken record but the more times you fight through urges like this and don't cave in, it does become better. Over time, things get a lot better and easier. Keep fighting, it does get better with time. You are doing a great thing by posting an SOS and I hope you do a great thing by not lighting up. You can do this.
  5. How are things going @Steven Drojensky ?
  6. Congratulations @Dianne Awesome job!
  7. Yes, you will be welcomed back. But, you can do this. The quit and relapse cycle is a horrible one (I went through it for a long time before quitting for good) and it is torture. It is tough early on but sticking with it and fighting through it does pay off in the long run. Smoking does nothing positive for you at all, it is all negative. I hope to see you back. Quitting is worth the early struggles.

  9. Happy Easter everyone!

This is your junkie mind trying to talk you into smoking. Smoking will not make Easter easier or better. Things will always come up and a lot of times things will be out of your hands and not on your terms. This can be a tempting excuse to give up and say you'll try again later. Things very well may come up again later. This is no reason to light up. There is no good reason to light up. You have over a month smoke free. These are the toughest times but things get better and you do not want to go back to having to do that first month again. Remember this quote (in my signature) from another successful quitter, "If you have just one you will be right back where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are right now." Keep the quit. You can do this.
