  2. Oh Jackie. I know that you are walking through the muck right now and that you have so much on your plate. I wish that I could help and take some of it away. I am super proud of you. You are handling all of what you are going through and giving that bastard nicotine the salute. I know that you can do this because you are strong and amazing!

  4. Oh BIG hugs for you, sweet woman. I am so proud of you, Jackie, you are garnering so much strength every time you say NO to nicotine. Your courage runs deep. I worry about no sleep no eats... please be extra kind to yourself and eat something nourishing and delicious, take some moments for a 're-boot' like a brisk walk or sit down and listen to a piece of music you love. Meditate ? Breathe with intent. Know that everything changes and you won't be stuck in this crappy place. I will do everything I can to blow it away away away. You are beating your addiction and I am terribly PROUD of you. You Go Girl. Love, S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
