Hey all. Thanks for the response. Been busy with my Physical therapy for a Meniscus tear. Right knee. Still struggling with the smoking. I have a million reasons to quit and a million reasons why I haven't. Going through a lot right now being one. So, stressed out! Family issues got me down lately. I didn't realize that these Dutch master cigars were so addictive. I still don't have cravings for regular cigarettes, however. Strange? Anyways, have an SOS calling out to you all. I am having a Breathing test on the 24th and want to pass it so bad. I have COPD also and use an inhaler and a nebulizer 4x a day. You think that would deter me from smoking, but the urge is very strong. I feel so weak. ☹️ Any more help is appreciated.
