  4. Welcome back! Sucks to restart but I’m glad you did! I had several failed attempts. Make this one stick. Quitting is hard. Relapsing is easy. Quitting again is even more hard. Relapsing so easy. And so on and so on. Break the cycle. Stay quit. It is easier.

  6. I miss her. I often wonder if that’s part of why I’m not as active here as before. We never connected offline = outside of QSMB or QT. But we quit the same year. Heck I named the familiar pack of JACs! JAC = Jillar’s Air Cigarette. 🤣
  7. @Sazerac I miss you around here!!! Although - I’m not as present as I was moons ago. Good to “hear“ from you!
  8. Wrapping up is going to take a year🤪. Still finishing a smaller few month project and helping my son get set to possibly continue the business.

  13. I felt this during my quit at times. Work was tough enough without the craves. I know others will respond to your post but 2 and a half weeks is a great start to kicking this habit. Please try to STAY STRONG (it is inside you and you can do this) HANG TOUGH. You should be getting better soon. It is different for all of us but better days are ahead. Best wishes.
  14. 1 ……,that’s positive 1 mind you
  15. Hi all 2.5 weeks in and in general doing ok and on top of the cravings. However, Im really suffering with fatigue…despite sleeping A LOT more than normal. Having real trouble concentrating at work too. Its been a crazy and very stressful couple of years before I quit, but I have far less energy than during that period. Maybe just re-wiring after not having nicotine as a stimulant, maybe after effects of a rough couple of years, maybe worth taking a trip to the docs? Anyone else felt like this, and how long before it cleared up a bit? I cant remember this from my previous quit Cheers for your thoughts A
