Ya ... none of us could justify our smoking either. You just celebrated your 3 month smoke free anniversary. What is the longest you've ever not smoked? You left smoking as an option open instead of taking the "Commitment Oath" to smobriety no matter how you feel, no matter what you think or tell yourself, and no matter what happens to you. Take smoking off the table. I hope you get back on the train and ride it to the end. It IS doable for you.

Hello friends, I'm sorry to say I relapsed a few days ago. Lust... self destruction... I can't justify such a stupid choice. The important thing is I'm climbing back on the train right now.

Gday If you get ashma or have COPD you’ll know about Prednisone. It’s a steroid that works really well to clear your chest. I’m sure it’s universally hated. Makes you feel shaky and a bit spacey so I’m glad they keep you on it for a short period. It works well and fast. The tablet that QG is possibly a hormone blocker used for breast cancer treatment. Another version exists for prostate cancer. So unless you’d like to get in touch with your feminine side, it’s not used for lung cancer.

He has never mentioned any medication other than what he told me yesterday if I end up with this persistent cough issue (which I hope I don't ). We'll see what happens after I'm done I suppose.
