Hi! Maybe a little early to celebrate but hitting the 2 week milestone later today, together with my wife Emmy - so we are going out for dinner tonight to savor this mini milestone. Slowly but surely its getting a little easier…I have now dropped down to stage 3 patches (7mg) and very occasional use of gum. Looking forward to stopping both of them before long. Im struggling a little bit with really vivid dreams/nightmares and tiredness, but really enjoying that Im starting to forget about smoking more and more often. Thanks for all being here…just checking in, reading your stories and adding a +1 stick when things get tough helps enormously. Have a great weekend all!
