G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever.

Thats me at 1 week (in a couple of hours). Only a week, but the first of many….and knowing that the first days were in the past the hardest ones, Im feeling good and proud. One minute, one hour, 1 week at a time..NOPE!

We never regret being quit. You did it before so you know you can do it again. No matter how bad I felt in the early sucky days I would remind myself that if I didn't smoke I would never have to go through it again. One last time to the road to freedom. Break those chains.

Welcome back, Andy! Good decision. You know from your previous quit that the first days are no fun but that it very soon gets better. Focus on that.
