  21. Hi @Sal. So great that you've come back. This is 100% the right place to get support and ditch those smokes once and for all! I quit using patches and the occasional lozenge to help me get through the initial withdrawal phase. That approach can definitely work if you combine it with a true commitment to quitting. The next time you have the urge to smoke, try popping a lozenge and doing something different to distract yourself. I did a LOT of wall push-ups and house-cleaning chores for those first few weeks, to stay busy and keep my mind off of the cravings. It's tough at first, but it gets easier. You can do this! Let us know how it goes.
