Hi @Sal. So great that you've come back. This is 100% the right place to get support and ditch those smokes once and for all! I quit using patches and the occasional lozenge to help me get through the initial withdrawal phase. That approach can definitely work if you combine it with a true commitment to quitting. The next time you have the urge to smoke, try popping a lozenge and doing something different to distract yourself. I did a LOT of wall push-ups and house-cleaning chores for those first few weeks, to stay busy and keep my mind off of the cravings. It's tough at first, but it gets easier. You can do this! Let us know how it goes.

Thanks so much @MarylandQuitter and @Rixcz for all the spiffy site upgrades! I think I'm seeing the same thing @QuittingGirl is. On the regular laptop/desktop version of the site, the main menu nav bar at the top of the page appears to have disappeared - the menu where you can link to various activity streams (All Activity, Content I Started, etc.) as well as your user login, message notifications, etc. Those options are still all appearing at the bottom of the mobile "App" version. And they were present on the laptop/desktop version as of yesterday evening. But they're gone now.
