May 12, 201610 yr Author Who can afford to smoke these days. Just window lickers LOL But seriously, I have noticed that poor people, on the street, with no money and on food stamps smoke like chimneys. They beg, bumm, borrow and steal cigarettes as well as pick up half smoked butts on the ground. How do I know this? Because I was one of them for almost two years. Frankly, I have no idea why, just that I did it and yes, it is pathetic but millions of people on the street still manage to get their hands on at least a pack a day. I'm not proud of what I did, in fact I beat myself up every day about those days, It takes strength, conviction, and bold ass determination to quit. Hence I am grateful that I could practice what I preach.
