August 24, 201511 yr I trusted my gut went to the vet and they put him under narcose his teeth were good so she looked further and there was bllood in his urine poor Guinea piggie he's recovering now with antibiotics and painkillers

August 25, 201511 yr Also, Evelyn...I used to have Guinea Pigs when I was a kid. The local pet store sold me 2 which they assured me were brothers. 3 litters later, I was pretty sure they were NOT brothers. I named them Bonnie and Clyde. The first litter she had 3 babies... then 5... then 7...CRAZY!!! Bonnie (the mother) looked like a locomotive during her last pregnancy. The local pet store encouraged me to allow this. They bought all the healthy babies from me. After her last litter I knew Bonnie needed a break. I gave her to a 3rd grade classroom. Clyde died from cancer. I definitely loved them. My Dad built them a pen which took up my whole room. It was huge...they had a good life with me.
August 25, 201511 yr Author Bakon, he's a funky Guinea pig :) Yeah got that too once but the store asked themback so then I choose this 2 gentlemen. To ve(t)y expensive pigs BUT I LOVE them
