And you hit the bulls eye there Babs

That's exactly how it is. It's never the right time,

I can quit anytime I want to. Prove it.

Everyone does it. No, they don't. Take a look around, you're in the minority and you always have been.

It's no secret.  You start smoking, you become dependent, and you then perpetuate all the lies to enable your addition.

All self-inflicted

Free yourself.

quit this minute....just start NOPE. Throw away whats left and begin now

I never quit before.  It doesn't matter if you quit a million times or are contemplating quitting for the first time.  NOW is the right time.  You only need to face the fear one time.

RC

So true....I too quit many times. But at some point you have to stop making excuses & just DO IT. It's not easy. It's hard work. And you need to find a way to stimulate endorphins that is healthy. But if you really want it, you do it.

Stimulate endorphins = so key.

Just sitting around and crying will not make quitting an enjoyable experience.

Getting out and taking advantage of our lung improvement WILL.

Get out!!!
