The Burpee Challenge

Featured Replies

Burpees seem bad for people who tore their ACL and meniscus a couple years ago.

Or am I just being a whiner?

I literally don't want to try even one.  They look "ouch"

Tore mine too a few years ago...burpees don't hurt my knees....more likely the back I'm worried about.

but...I do have to say...I am behind on the burpee challenge.

Seems when I'm in exercise class..I am like wonder woman...I can do Burpees like a champ.  When I get home???  I'm like 90 years old.  So strange.

But....I will not give up.  I'll do them tonight and i'll be on day 8
