April 27, 201511 yr Thank you to all who helped me establish a solid quit philosophy. In the past week I have felt a positive change in my physical and mental health. Thanks to all who helped me dampen my health anxiety. The promise that "it gets better" has been fulfilled. Quitting is a beautiful freedom. THANK YOU, QUIT, AND QUIT TRAIN!!! :wub:
