The anticipation is killin me

Clearly nobody thinks you should follow your diet to a T.  Live a little and eat some cheese and some wine :)

Ok then, I'm going with third option.  I will stick to it, except for next weekend.

My diet guru thinks that is not good enough, but I say tough.

I suppose that is his thing though, be hard on us.  That's what I signed on for.

Probably that friggin diet counselor. He is not satisfied with me doing any less than 100% on program. I keep reminding myself I signed up for this.

Let me get this straight...You pay this guy to tell you what to eat?

i know, right?

I told her...I'll do it for free  :)

and on my plan...you get a treat meal once a week

i'm sorry but that guy is off his rocker...nobody can be compliant 100% of the time...that sets you up for failure

Who voted yes!!

I told ya, I'll yell at ya for free...and I'd let you cheat on holidays

(a staycation is a holiday right...what's even going on with that...a "stay" at a "vacation" resort?  What's the problem with holidays?)

Anyway, I say cheat and work extra hard when you get home!

I think that Staycation is staying at home...

Across the pond they get about 15 minutes off per decade or something...

Around these parts you have to change jobs to get a day off in between.

And yes, a staycation is at home ;-)

And phooey to you mr. Admin.

I voted yes to stay on, with treats here and there. I did

this over the holidays and I actually felt better physically.

Didn't come out of holidays feeling all guilt-ridden or

bloated. Diet should be supportive...not a chore.

Since quitting I have allowed for some excess, but now

am starting anew and eating clean. For me, the bottom

line is when I eat poorly, I don't feel good.

My vote is eat to feel good...and you know for yourself

what that is. Diet consultant is just that...not a demi-god. haha

I want Ava to be REALLY HAPPY whatever she does...

I choose not to diet, actually my therapist forbid me as He's afraid I end up anorexic, so IF I wanna loose weight he skittish demands I go to a dietetics.
Right now I've grown into XL, Europese standards (German / Dutch) I don't care I have a healthy BMI so who cares if I need to buy new clothes. Rather snatch a sixpack of chocolate then a pack of cigs
