3 rode down by mon river today...rail yard.  five engines on one train sitting next to three on another, guys standing about 50 yards in front bs ing  long coal or coke car load

4 .... We don't have coal on the territory I'm on now. The biggest trains we have are frack sand .....  5 engines ..... three on front two on rear..... heavy.

 

How's the new bike running?

breaking it in, keep under 3k rpm for 50 miles 3500 after that to 500 miles   got 110, it flies even with taking it easy...too many radio/navigation things to work right now   all new system and got to learn it piece at time.... guess its mostly flat here for all out front? Rarely see any in rear. Controlled separate or by front too?

 

see newest glock 43, single stack 9mm like the 42

It must be mostly flat or just shorter, lighter trains. ...... Can control all synced up together or separate from the front. ..... I'll check out the 43 ..... I just bought a Kimber Solo  .... Pocket ..... Stainless ..... Pretty.

Kimbers are top

They split them to keep the train from tearing into. The car knuckles can only pull so much weight going up a steep hill before they break. Use engines on the rear too take pressure off car knuckles.

 

Most trains with a lot of engs are not using all of them. They may be just transporting them to another terminal.

 

Kimber is sweet. Pulls like butter.
