October 24Oct 24 Hi!Maybe a little early to celebrate but hitting the 2 week milestone later today, together with my wife Emmy - so we are going out for dinner tonight to savor this mini milestone.Slowly but surely its getting a little easier…I have now dropped down to stage 3 patches (7mg) and very occasional use of gum. Looking forward to stopping both of them before long. Im struggling a little bit with really vivid dreams/nightmares and tiredness, but really enjoying that Im starting to forget about smoking more and more often. Thanks for all being here…just checking in, reading your stories and adding a +1 stick when things get tough helps enormously.Have a great weekend all!
October 24Oct 24 Well done Andy Enjoy your Celebration Meal Your doing great I love your reading old posts hereThere is so much good information there And some good laughs to keep you busy I bet your kids are very proud of Dad 🐸
October 25Oct 25 Keep focusing on the positives you're seeing rather than the struggles in these early days - that's important and it will keep you motivated to go further and further toward total freedom. It's tough in the early days and each one you get through successfully should be celebrated. Stand strong against smoking and keep focused on your goal of total freedom and you'll make it. That's how we all do it!
