May 9, 20251 yr Evening everyonr. Day 34 for me. Not going to kid myself thats its been easy because its not. Good days and bad days.
May 10, 20251 yr Good to hear from you @Jane and really good to hear you're still fighting the good fight. Hey; we get it! Yes it's hard in the early days & weeks but you're a little over 1 month in now so you have a lot of blood, sweat & tears invested in your beautiful quit so please do keep it up. You'll get there as we all did and when you look back on it all, what you'll remember is what a great thing you did for yourself. Those bad moments don't seem so bad in hindsight. Keep at it Jane, as there'll be more and more good days and fewer bad days the longer you stay quit.
May 10, 20251 yr Great to hear from you. There will he rough spots for sure. But stay strong… it gets easier!
May 10, 20251 yr You are doing great Jane!! 👍 I know it is so difficult in the beginning but the longer you stay quit, the easier it will become, I can promise you that. For example, today I had a situation and if it would have been 2 plus years ago, I would have smoked many cigarettes because I was very upset. But thankfully, it didn't get the better of me and I won't smoke because smoking won't make any situation better, in fact, it would make it worse because then we wouldn't be non smokers anymore! Just hang in there and keep coming on here. 😄
May 10, 20251 yr Well done Stay strong …upwards and onwards Your doing great Here is a massive Pat on the back 🐸
May 10, 20251 yr Congrats on Day 34 (now 35?)! Nobody told me that it would be easy when I quit, only that it was very doable and worth every moment of angst I had in the beginning. I want to reassure you that no matter how much you are struggling now that it won't always be that way for you if you just keep moving forward smoke free. Never another Day 1 through Day 35 for you! Keep going!
