You read mine... and you know me. Just keep the light on, will you? ;-)

(I know you will)

Susana,

Please come back.  You deserve to be a non-smoker.  What was going on when you relapsed?  Let us help you, help you.

If you do, then you are looking at, maybe, six months or so of being uncomfortable.

If you don't, then you are looking at, well, uh, death and shit.

Susana come on, you need to get out of the funk you are in, I know you don't want to be a smoker again, you lovd being a non smoker, you would not be in this funk if you were a non smoker, go read all your posts you've wrote since coming back, see how happy, healthy and fit you felt, you loved your life a million percent more as a non smoker.

Come on please come back or at least set a new quit date, surely your life is worth soo much more.

You need to snap out of the mood you are in, stop feeling sorry for yourself and becoming the healthy, happy lovely person you were.

What went wrong was that you picked up a cigarette and took a puff!!

It is rule number one... NOPE!!!

Now stop feeling bad about it, start a new quit, and get on with it!

You can do this!

Hey Susana...

You smoked. What a bummer.

In terms of being a non-smoker - epic fail.

In terms of the bigger picture / tapestry of life? Well...not much really.

Relax lady. You had another practice quit.

You are young, fun, beautiful and have the company of people whom care. Get back here - make me laugh, make me cry...

Oh and while you are here...quit smoking chica B)
