Going to lock myself up, closed curtains and going to watch Dr. Who on Netflix

Hope to catch you later SanDar and that the haircut will go smoothly,

Sorry I miss this Evelyn, I was out.

How are you feeling? Hopefully you are just enjoying a good episode of Dr Who :)

I watched the heck out of quit smoking vids when I quit and they helped so much.

Made me feel more solid in my quit.

Oh, Evelyn. Sometimes it comes back and it can be rather hard. Are you noticing the positive changes in your body? Stronger senses, clearer breathing, better sleep? I try to focus on these things when someone inside my head offers me a cig :)

Feeling better watched Dr. Who and did not smoke!

So proud of you Evelyn! We are back from the dreaded haircut with my grandson - he was actually really good this time :)

Have a good night and again, you -we- got this :)

Evelyn, I hope by now you are already in bed safe and comfy and tomorrow you´ll read this and celebrate the fact that you are still free, one more day, and didn´t cave in to the cravings. Yeah!!!! :yahoo:

Well done again, my friend. You have this under control now. And that is something to be very proud about.

Look after that orchid and it will last forever. I have really old orchids and every now and then suddenly they give me the most wonderful flowers, out of the blue. Just like your quit. You´ll see. :good3:

Well done to you Ev on getting through it, you should be extremely proud of yourself,

You would of been soo disappointed having to reset your ticker to day one.

Really happy you are nearing the 1 month quit, fantastic stuff xxx

Evelyn...every time you kick the addiction in the butt like that...you strengthen your quit.  Well done!!

Nice job Evelyn!  About the humidity, my breathing is at it's worst when it is humid too.
