Bad week!!

Featured Replies

Had a bad week! Really not feeling great.

One thing after another. I did my yoga

class last week and t really messed

Up my back. Had to go to my chiropractic.

Also have a UTI and I think it has to

with a medicine I take and really

bad acid reflux. WTF  This will pass

But all I have been doing is nothing but laying

around feeling crappy. Laying around is when

I miss smoking. How crazy is that. Then I have

A test next week that I am nervous about

the results. Trying to be positive but getting

tough. Need a break. Thanks for being  here

and letting vent.

I agree I think it so much easier not to think of smoking when busy. I hope you start to feel better soon Linda!

The UTI is most definitely your medication @Linda, but you can try something else. Don't worry about your test next week. I've found that the work up to it is way worse than the actual test and then I've worried for nothing.

I hope your back feels better soon. Try to keep your mind busy when your body won't cooperate. That'll keep the craves at bay too 🤗

Sorry you are going through this Linda ....

Yoga is kinda tough ....I couldn't do it ......

When your back is healed ...try going for something a bit gentler ....

KTQ.....Smoking will not heal your back ...so that's not the way to go ....

Pass the time reading ...

Hope your soon on the mend .xx

Hoping you are back up on your feet and back to normal quickly! 🤗
