Fat Free Healthy Hummus Recipe !!!

400grms.....Chickpeas.

2 Cloves of Garlic.

2 Tbsp Of Lemon Juice.

2 Tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt.

Pinch of Paprika  ( optional)...

Blend the Chickpeas 

Add Remaining Ingredients and Blend Well....

That's it ....

Love it with Celery as a dip ...

Thanks @Doreensfree Gonna give this hummus recipe a try . Have you had potato salad with Greek yogurt instead of Mayonnaise ? Yummy too . A great back yard cold plate side in addition to the Barbecue  . Tis the season to be jolly . I love summertime !
