Middle of the night

Featured Replies

This is my second night home from the hospital & apparently the middle of the night maybe the time I’m going to struggle the most with wanting a cigarette or at least for now. I have ate a couple pieces of candy but still really want to smoke. I actually lite a cigarette but threw it before I smoked. It smelled gross, OMG this is going to be a long process...

Do some deep breathing count to 25 drink some water hang in there. It will get easier.

Get rid of the cigarettes please!!!! Been there done that

Hollyleaf, just keep marching forward and don't look back.  Yes, get rid of any leftover cigarettes because they are too much of temptation.  I promise each day you will become stronger.

Hey @Hollyleaf, the first few days/weeks/months may be tough but unfortunately we have to go through them to get past them. Handy in there, throw out any cigarettes you have. You can do this 😊
