  • Thanks ya'll. I'm still here. I won't smoke. I know it won't help anything. I know it will only make me feel worse.

  • "Right now" is a fleeting thing.  A two month quit is a foundation...something you've built.  Something that will improve your quality of life.  Something that is to be protected and cherished.

  • Every quitter has a moment.  I've seen it called an "A-HA" moment or a "EUREKA" moment.  Two-years later, I remember mine vividly.   It is a truly remarkable time...things click and the proc

Thanks but yeah Day 3 is kinda Frazier vs Ali, but I am Ali, so I can take those punches, and when I start...Frazier won't know what hit him

Sometimes on a Wednesday. The truth is I am really just a cyberspam bot that has faulty programming and due to an accident on the mainframe I now have AI thought processes so I can hang in places like this all day and night.

Sadly, reality is much less interesting. I have insomnia, have had my whole life, and now I am on some medication that makes it even harder to sleep. Once or twice a week I will give in and have a sleeping pill to get me to sleep.

Of course Frazier wont know what hit him... he was smokin'... you already have him on the ropes cos you quit.

Well you're the most humane AI I have ever met...

I always wonder if insomniacs can ever say "I have a dream..."

Keep up the great work, @Tammy

Things do get much easier with time and a smoke-free life is worth the early struggles.
