  19. @FinalAttempt it took me a few months for my brain to get used to not having nicotine in my body. Mainly because I kept relapsing. What helped me keep my quit was my reasons why I want to quit. Whenever I get the urge to smoke, I think about why I decided to quit in the first place. Give yourself some time and stay close to this site.
