Hi @Quinzee Welcome to the Train. Stick around because we can offer you great support and encouragement as well as some great tips to help you stay quit. The beginning is not easy, we all know that, but the longer you stay quit, the easier it will become. My suggestion is to read all the information on here. Do the daily Nope pledge every day because I think that will help you a lot as it has helped me and many others on here. Stay close to the train and reach out whenever you need us. Since we have members from all over the world, there usually is someone around at all times. I look forward to seeing you again soon!

YUP!! A definite life of Freedom! Plenty of Empty seats!!! If I can do it, anyone can do it!! I quit May 23, 2023, my forever quit, started with the weaning method!! I DO NOT Recommend it!! If you do the weaning method, you will be in constant withdrawal. My advice is to quit Cold Turkey! Yes it will be difficult in the beginning, but the longer you don't smoke, the better off you will be!! Have questions, ask Doreen or Sandi!! Hopefully you all will hop on the Train!! -
