My Mom’s birthday is February 12th. Mine is April 23rd, exactly 10 weeks. I smoke less than half a pack a day so I am starting with the Step 2 NicoDerm patch, which is supposed to take...10 weeks. On my b-day I will be the same age Mom was when she passed from this realm, so that’s why I am using her B-day as my quit date. I quit successfully for two years once before, but immediately following 9/11, I started again. I have made several half-hearted attempts since then, just “cold Trky”, and of course I wasn’t successful. So this time, I am using the patch and joining your support group. Thanks for being here.
