Everyones quit is different and I think that it is great to read the good, bad, and the incredibly ugly. It gives newbies a wider range of what happens and may discourage a relapse of someone who had an easier quit.I like the show a lot even though it is depressing. I just watched last weeks episode and need to catch up on the newest one. I do not like the Remnants at all.
