  1. It is very brave of you to revisit your sadness and loss to help prevent it happening to someone else. Hugs from me as well.
  2. I do remember being guilty of trying to say my persistent cough was not smoking related. Funny how it went away two days after I quit, along with my morning runny nose..."........
  3. The lozenges helped me break some of the triggers. But they gave me gas and in the end you still have to go cold turkey. I would suggest not staying on them as long as the manufacturer recommends and be aware that all the CT symptoms will still come after you stop taking the lozenges. I am up in the air about them, but they did give me the "bravery" to quit...
  4. I have been so dumbfounded by this topic, that I forgot to say great news about Mrs. B. I have, several times, been glad that I did not have a mouth full of food or drink while reading this thread....
