I will do an 18 hour fast once or twice a week. It seems to help my diverticulitis from flaring up. I generally eat at 6pm and then break my fast around noon the next day. I don`t find this difficult to do as long as I keep hydrated and don`t pig out afterward.

Well I am happy St Louis is advancing on but that was not enjoyable to watch. I started cleaning out a dresser drawer filled with old papers and stuff. I am a Cardinal fan but I don`t enjoy seeing the good fans of a great baseball city like Atlanta have to see a first inning like that. It just got away from them. Hoped for a better game.

Well we`re heading back to Atlanta for game 5 and this has been a great series and should be one heck of a pitching matchup coming up Wednesday. All that power hitting and pitching and today it was inches that tied the game from Molina`s bat. Baseball is the best.

Never used the ticker but I would estimate around 14,500 over the last 3 years. Thank God I finally quit. For me, it`s hard to believe now that I waited so long to finally do it.
