  20. Yes I have lost a 4 month quit, and the bloody thing was,nt even worth it! tasted like crap!! and made my head spin and indeed I felt sick.... so much for relief eh and feeling normal!! I'm glad its 1am where you are, and hopefully you will be in bed soon, and tomorrow will be a better day. Thinking of you and sending (((hugs)))
  21. Don't allow that whining voice to tempt you....it WON'T make things better.
  22. I totally agree with Boo. I have given up on past quits and regretted it immediately. The relief is so temporary, followed by immense sadness and disappointment in yourself. You will stink and just feel horrible....plus your problem will still be there!! Please don't smoke .

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
