  9. Yes, coloring sounds great, and keeps hands busy, that’s a win. i gave myself small treats often, after all, I wasn’t spending £1O a day on cigarettes, so it mounted up quickly. At the end of my first month, I bought myself a Fitbit, as I was walking more. Exercise is great, getting out in the fresh air and going for long walks. Art materials, new clothes, books, or finding a new hobby to engage in. Good for you eating healthier. I have done the same, since April 1st this yr, cut out a lot of rubbish from my diet, UPF crap mainly, feeling loads better and lost weight too …😁
  10. Quitting for someone else, can make you resentful. Quit for you, and to make your life better. Give it a go, and reward yourself, with lots of treats 😊
