-12 Good morning lovely ladies of Quittrain. ?
  2. Congratulations on 8 months quit Farm girl! Fantastic work on getting here.
  3. Struggler, it's really important at this time to have patience with yourself, be kind to yourself and treat yourself well. Try not to take on too much at once. You will have more time on your hands when your quit is solid, you will feel physically better. In the meantime, just give yourself the respect and kudos you deserve for kicking the cigarettes. Glad you are feeling a little better today and here's to more days like this.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
