I hear ya Jo.. I only threw out my mist spray 2 weeks ago.. I had never used it but worried that if I didn't have it and I had a massive crave that could be the barrier between smoking and not smoking.. Stupid I know because it's never gonna happen and I would probably have been sick if I used it cos it was 3 months outta date..?

Oh my Lilly you know the drill so well.. there are 10 mini packs in the bag and 10 Maltesers in each pack .. I've had 3 cups of coffee and 6 bags of them so far..? I blame the lack of guisers on Halloween..!! Oh and a'v got another 3 packs of minis that a've hidden from kids..!!☺ I was doing so well... no sweeties for 2 whole weeks..!!

Whoop whoop @CAquitter congrats on the magic 8 months smoke free .. I say magic because I realise at 8 months I was so in love with my quit that nothing would come between us..? Hope you do something special to celebrate...?
