  15. Newbies...get yourself a ticker...on the top of the main board you will find how to do this..? They are fun...its great to see your days clock up...and the amount of cigs not smoked...and Seeing all those lovely dollars you are saving adding up... This has been a major tool ikn my toolbox ..x

  19. Boiled water with lemon. (Cooled of course )...of a morning.. I found it got my body workings of to a good start..and refreshing too...it's great for the system... Your heading for 1 week..how cool is that ???
  20. Feel very proud today HP..after this day ALL the nicotine has left your body.. I can remember thinking..WOW..after 52 years..I nicotine free.... What a fabulous feeling.. Your body now clean..it's upwards and onwards now...you just have to let you brain catch up.. You do this day by day..starting with a NOPE pledge.. A big pat on the back !!!!!
