There is tons of useful info here ,to get you started..make sure you read all the pinned posts on out main page .. They have a green box at the side.. Take smoking off the table..no matter what..this is what kept me going...my junkie brain understood this. No matter what you are feeling ..or what's happening around you...don't stick anything in your mouth and light it.. Learn your way around the board...post post post..so important... I got myself a punching pillow...sent it flying across the room on many occasions... It is all temporary...keep busy..jigsaws..crosswords...painting..anything to keep your mind occupied... Don't forget your treats..rewarding yourself is very important..after all..what you are doing is amazing...I throw on my 29,802...cancer sticks...burn bright you buggers...Lol..we in the pool call it hols..I was being posh... Listened to the news about Texas ,while I was across the pond...bad... We don't get anything like it..but still manage to moan...speaking of Texas... Has MLC been effected by this..anyone heard from him...?????? Aww lunch with DD..sounds like a plan ....
