Evelyn, glad to see you did not smoke. Personally, now that I don't smoke, I think my feelings may be stronger or maybe it's because I am not stuffing them down with nicotine all the time

One of my favorite threads from another member in the beginning of my quit had the title "everyone is mean and stupid." It summed up how I felt exactly. Boy was I very angry in the beginning. Try some exercise or some meditration/trance videos on you tube.
