There is still some work to do...establishing smoke Free patterns and not giving power to craves. Some days will be hard, some will be easy...just like life. Your commitment to NOPE (not one puff ever) will ensure a successful quit. I am so happy you are here and already feeling a bit better. Better days are here to stay.   7. Google it. :) You can vape with Nicotine and without Nicotine. You can quit smoking cigs and just vape Nicotine You can quit smoking and Nicotine and just vape flavour. You can quit smoking, Nicotine, and vaping too. This is my freedom. Who knows how safe they are. Like I cared. I liked them in addition to smoking cigs because I could really amp up my Nicotine levels. I am a Nicotine Addict. :(

  11. Welcome Wendy, You know what to do. N O P E. Your quit doesn't have to be a horror show, things change, you change. Symptoms can come and GO. This isn't your first rodeo. You need to address smoking and studying in a BIG way and break that association. It is not hard to do...just the DOING. Read read read. Acknowledge your Addiction, find your strength in N O P E, and have a beautiful Freedom. Love, S
